What's your Shipping Policy?
Your shipping prices will be calculated and presented before you pay for your order. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If for any reason we cannot ship in 3 business days, you will be contacted within 24 hours of purchase, and given the option of a full refund.
Do you ship worldwide?
The shipping cost will vary depending on the country that you live. If you do not see your country on our shipping list at checkout, contact us and we will set up a payment and shipping solution. Depending on your delivery location, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. International packages delivery time may vary.
What is your return policy?
If you decide to return your purchase, buyer pays all shipping costs. In addition, we charge a restocking fee of 20% less the price of shipping. If your purchase is returned due to manufacture defect, we will replace and pay all shipping costs. All returns must have an e-mail sent prior to return, in order to find the best possible solution.
